At PepaCola, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality beverages to our customers. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, leaking, expired, or wrong product delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality.
Return / Exchange Process
  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order details with photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Our team will verify the request and arrange pickup or replacement.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide store credit as per your preference.
